Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, or solution design in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and related processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes (account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start/stop service).
• Understanding meter-to-cash processes and dependencies across related systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and related master data.
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, and customer-contact processes in SAP IS-U and related channels.
• Translate operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, digital channels, and external systems.
• Analyze exceptions impacting customers, accounts, billing readiness, and data integrity.
• Document business requirements and end-to-end process flows for customer self-service solutions.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit/integration tests and support UAT, regression, defects, and production issues.
