EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions within the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements for customer, account, contract, and service processes into effective functional designs and work with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration/solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes and related data conversion activities.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical SAP IS-U designs and workflows.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related processes.
• Configure and design SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including master data and contracts.
• Design service-requests, notifications and customer-contacts workflows integrated with SAP IS-U.
• Translate operational requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs.
• Coordinate end-to-end impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, and other systems.
• Analyze exceptions affecting activation, billing, and data integrity.
• Prepare functional designs, data mappings, test scenarios, and project deliverables.
• Execute testing and support UAT, regression, and production issue analysis.
• Support data conversion activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user procedures to client teams.
