Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate utility service requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

You will gather requirements, configure customer service components, and coordinate data mappings, testing, and cutover activities while working with clients across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design in utility environments.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, premise and service‑customer processes.
• Flexibility to travel 40–60% as needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer/account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service components and related master data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact workflows.
• Translate requirements into end‑to‑end SAP IS‑U designs and data mappings.
• Coordinate impacts across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, Work Management and digital channels.
• Prepare functional designs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Execute unit/integration testing and support UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Support data conversion activities and cutover readiness.
