Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective functional designs for customer, account, contract, premise, service‑request, and customer contact processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience including 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in utility environments.
• Experience with customer lifecycle processes and cross‑workstream coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move‑in/move‑out, and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS‑U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, utility contract, and customer master data.
• Design and support service‑request, notification, and customer‑contact processes integrated with SAP IS‑U.
• Translate operation requirements into SAP IS‑U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end dependencies across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management, and other systems.
• Assist data conversion, cutover readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings, and test scenarios; support UAT and defect resolution.
