Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions for utility clients. You will translate requirements into functional designs and drive successful delivery across the meter-to-cash lifecycle with stakeholders and technical teams.

In this role you will work with client teams, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and support cutover, data validation, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. 3+ years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, and related processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with client teams and internal groups.
• Design and configure SAP IS-U Customer Service modules, including business partner and contract account.
• Coordinate end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
• Translate service-operation requirements into reliable customer, account, contract, and service-request workflows.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and cutover readiness.
• Support unit/integration testing, UAT, regression testing, and production issue analysis.
• Travel to meet client needs, with travel estimates up to 40–60%.
