Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure and implement customer‑facing SAP IS‑U solutions across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle. You’ll translate business needs into functional designs and work with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end processes.

You’ll collaborate across Billing, FI‑CA, Device Management and more, delivering tests, data mappings, and user guidance, with travel ~40–60% to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, incl. hands-on IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration and testing in utilities.
• Knowledge of customer lifecycle processes and cross-workstream coordination.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test and implement SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional designs for customer, account, and contract data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Billing, FI-CA, and field services.
• Prepare functional specs, data mappings and test scenarios.
• Support data conversion, cutover readiness and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to client teams.
