Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Role involves traveling to meet client needs and delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U configurations, including business partner, contract account, premise, and service-request processes.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP IS-U Customer Service knowledge and utility industry experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional SAP IS-U designs.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions for clients.
• Configure and test SAP IS-U Customer Service functions.
• Coordinate cross-workstream tasks with Billing, FI-CA, and field service.
• Prepare functional designs, tests, and data mappings.
• Support cutover, data validation, and production stabilization.
