The United Illuminating Company is seeking a Lead Analyst with strong SAP IS-U/CCS expertise to design, configure, and test production resolutions and project enhancements. You will collaborate with multiple business units and suppliers to drive Finance, Billing, and Metering initiatives.

Lead technical projects across Billing, Front Office, FICA, and Retail Access, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong SDLC, data analysis, and leadership skills are essential.

• Experience leading technical projects in billing, front office, FICA, and device management.

Responsibilities

• Applies SAP IS-U/CCS knowledge to design, configure, and test production resolutions and enhancements.
• Leads projects in Billing/Invoicing, Front Office, FICA, Retail Access, and Device Management.
• Provides technical leadership to Back Office Billing, Revenue Recovery, Supplier Relations, Call Centers, and Meter Services.
• Develops data analyses for production issues, regulatory matters, and audits.
• Ensures meter data accuracy, billing integrity, and timely revenue collections.
