Qualifications

• Energy and Utility domain experience and SAP ISU for utility billing.
• Meter-to-Cash process expertise and strong data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support daily billing operations and resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams using JIRA, Qmetry, Teams, and Outlook.
• Provide SAP/CIS billing system expertise for timely resolutions.
• Decompose complex billing discrepancies with Excel data validation.
• Create and maintain documentation for billing processes and workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to support billing data validation and troubleshooting.
