Job summary

Process Paramarsh is seeking an SAP IS-U Consultant to join our team in Irving, TX. You will configure and support SAP IS-U across customer-to-cash processes, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams on reliable, scalable utility solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP IS-U experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting SAP IS-U across core utility processes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into SAP IS-U configurations.
• Experience with Business Partner and Contract Accounts management.
• Familiarity with meter reading, billing, and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP IS-U modules across customer-to-cash processes
• Analyze utility business requirements and translate into SAP IS-U configurations
• Work on Business Partner, Contract Accounts, and Contract setup
• Support metering, billing, and invoicing processes
• Assist in rate and tariff configuration
• Execute unit testing and support integration and UAT cycles
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
• Prepare functional documentation and test scripts
