Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. seeks an experienced SAP IS-U & S/4HANA Utilities Consultant to drive billing and invoicing solutions in the utility sector from Poughkeepsie, NY.

You will analyze requirements, configure billing master data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Meter-to-Cash processes for Electricity and Gas. Strong communication with stakeholders and offshore teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing with deep functional expertise in the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of Electricity and Gas utilities and billing processes.
• Experience configuring billing master data, including schemas, rate modeling, and tariff models.
• Ability to design end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, including RTP, TOU, and mass batch jobs.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to liaise between business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Provide solutions aligned with business needs and address defects within SLAs.
• Prepare functional documentation and work with offshore teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution delivery.
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and implementation activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
