Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Billing Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing solutions. You will own the Billing workstream, define the functional approach, and ensure alignment across the meter-to-cash process with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will oversee requirements gathering, design governance, and testing, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to drive solution quality and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Deep functional knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing in the utility sector.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory and market requirements into SAP designs.
• Experience leading functional workstreams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing workstream from design through deployment and post-go-live stabilization.
• Define target functional design for Billing and Invoicing including rates, tariffs, and billing schemas.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, and design governance for scalable SAP IS-U solutions.
• Drive end-to-end integration with related SAP IS-U capabilities (Device Management, EDM, FI-CA, etc.).
• Lead complex billing scenarios including time-of-use, interval-based billing, and rebilling.
