Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Integration Lead to drive complex SAP engagements across multiple modules and environments. You will manage client relationships, shape delivery from requirements to implementation, and oversee budgets and resources for major SAP programs.

You will leverage SAP PI/PO, BTP, CPI and other middleware tools, coordinate teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes within a hybrid client-facing model. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools including SAP PI/PO, EDI, and SAP BTP.
• Proficiency designing and implementing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, MDM, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) and data transformation.
• Experience with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, EDI, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, SOAP/REST, RFC).
• Experience integrating EDI and non-EDI standards with mapping requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and SAP cloud tools.
• Knowledge of SAP integration architecture, design, and strategy.
• Agile and DevOps familiarity.
• Knowledge of database management and data modeling.
• Travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.

• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
