Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools and middleware.
• Proficiency designing SAP integration solutions using middleware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex SAP integration projects and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements.
• Travel to meet with external clients (40–60%).
