Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP integration lead to deliver complex SAP projects, focusing on S/4HANA, PI/PO, BTP, CPI and related integrations. You'll manage client relationships, budgets and resources while guiding teams through blueprinting, testing and deployment.

You will work in a hybrid model with substantial travel to meet clients, and contribute to shaping scalable integration strategies across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred, with strong written and verbal communication.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong client service, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools including PI/PO, EDI, and BTP.
• Proficiency designing SAP integration using middleware such as PI/PO, CPI, and BTP.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM).
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and SAP cloud tools.
• Travel willingness up to 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex SAP integration engagements while ensuring quality and risk management.
• Manage client relationships and engagement economics across activities.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the engagement.
• Translate client needs into SAP solutions and oversee configurations/integrations.
