Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP integration specialist to lead the delivery of complex SAP-enabled engagements across client environments. You will manage client relationships, drive engagement economics, and oversee budgeting and resource planning for multi‑workstream projects.

The role requires travel to meet clients and a strong background in SAP integration architecture, S/4HANA, and middleware technologies. A consulting background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams and teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI).
• Proficiency in designing SAP integration solutions using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, BTP).
• Knowledge of SAP modules: S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, MM, PP, SD, FICO, HCM.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data transformation, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
