Job summary

ITmatch company is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll (PY) with a primary focus on Germany. This role offers 0.5–1.0 FTE flexible remote work and a path to architectural responsibility.

You will configure payroll across selected countries, manage retroactive calculations, off-cycle payments, tax and social insurance rules, and ensure FI integration. Germany payroll knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP HCM Payroll (PY) experience
• Advanced Schemas and PCRs configuration knowledge
• Experience with wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Strong payroll processes, including taxation and social insurance
• Experience with Payroll and FI integration
• Knowledge of German payroll
• Able to operate at senior to architectural level

Responsibilities

• Configure and adjust SAP HCM Payroll for selected countries
• Create and modify Schemas and PCRs for payroll calculations
• Configure wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Configure tax and social insurance rules, especially for Germany
• Process retroactive calculations and off-cycle payments
• Post Payroll results to Financial Accounting (FI)
• Work with results in the Payroll Cluster (CU/R2)
• Handle year-end closing, reconciliation, and verification of payroll results and payslips
