ITmatch company is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll (PY) with a primary focus on Germany. This role offers 0.5–1.0 FTE flexible remote work and a path to architectural responsibility.

You will configure payroll across selected countries, manage retroactive calculations, off-cycle payments, tax and social insurance rules, and ensure FI integration. Germany payroll knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP HCM Payroll (PY) experience
• Advanced Schemas and PCRs configuration knowledge
• Experience with wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Strong payroll processes, including taxation and social insurance
• Experience with Payroll and FI integration
• Knowledge of German payroll
• Able to operate at senior to architectural level

Job description

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll (PY) to support the configuration and optimization of payroll processes across selected countries, with a primary focus on Germany. This is a senior-level to architectural role with a capacity of 0.5-1.0 FTE, offering the opportunity to work on complex SAP HCM Payroll processes.

You will be responsible for configuring and adjusting payroll calculations, working with retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and tax and social insurance rules. You will also ensure the proper integration of Payroll processes with FI and verify the results of payroll processing.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Configure and adjust SAP HCM Payroll for selected countries

• Configure wage types and Payroll Control Record
• Configure tax and social insurance rules, especially for Germany
