Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote SAP HCM & SF Payroll Architect to lead US payroll implementations and optimize SAP HR processes.

You will act as a subject matter expert for SAP HR US PAYROLL, review ABAP from a functional perspective, and ensure accurate payroll runs, reporting, and year-end activities across client environments. Strong client-facing skills are expected, with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll.
• Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on US Payroll implementations and support.
• Expertise in supporting payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting.
• Hands-on experience in year-end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment.
• In-depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)

Required Skill and Experience

Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll

Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support.

Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment.
