teamative Germany GmbH seeks an experienced SAP HCM consultant to deliver core SAP HCM solutions for international projects. You will support PA, OM, PT modules, payroll processes, and ESS/MSS workflows in a remote-first environment.

Fluency in German (B2) and English is required, with 3+ years in SAP HCM and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integration or S/4HANA being a plus. Work will span across European hubs from a remote setup.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge PA, OM, PT; PY payroll is a plus.
• Fluency in German (min B2) and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration or S/4HANA is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze HR requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Configure and support PA, OM, PT; payroll if needed.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and other SAP consultants.
• Draft functional specs and work with ABAP developers on enhancements.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and maintain documentation.
