NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Remote Full Time SAP HCM & SF Payroll Solution Architect to lead US payroll initiatives using SAP EC Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. You will serve as the domain SME for SAP HR – US Payroll, support payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, taxation and reporting, and review ABAP from a functional perspective.

This role emphasizes strong client interaction, effective communication, and delivering compliant, timely payroll processing across US jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP EC Payroll and US payroll implementations.
• Hands-on in payroll runs, PCRs, schemas, taxation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.

Remote Full Time SAP HCM & SF Payroll Solution Architect

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience of working in SAP EC Payroll
• Experience as Payroll Consultant with hands-on experience in US Payroll implementations and Support.
• Expertise in supporting payroll runs, creating/modifying PCRs, schemas, taxation, reporting etc.
• Hands-on experience in executing year end payroll processes, LP/SP analysis and fitment.
• In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting.
• Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned domain (SAP HR – US PAYROLL) and product (SAP-HR)

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
