Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN), parent company of Liberty, seeks a SAP Functional Lead to serve as the business process expert across SAP-enabled workflows. You will translate requirements, support testing, and ensure controls and enterprise standards are met.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to analyze processes, support audits, data stewardship, and change management, while coordinating with delivery teams to drive adoption and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP-enabled business processes and ERP applications.
• Experience supporting audit, regulatory, or internal control requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP functional SME for assigned business domains.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and system needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and document impacts.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and data governance.
• Coordinate testing readiness, UAT, and training activities.
