Job summary
Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN), parent company of Liberty, seeks a seasoned SAP Functional Lead to act as a trusted advisor across SAP-enabled processes.
You will partner with business stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements while aligning with enterprise standards. You will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to clarify requirements, support testing and readiness activities, and guide data stewardship and audit responses in a dynamic
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in SAP-enabled business processes or ERP systems.
- Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting testing/UAT.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SAP functional SME for assigned business domains.
- Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with product owners and delivery teams on enhancements and changes.
- Support audit, compliance, and control activities related to SAP processes.
- Assist in data governance, quality, and master data initiatives.
