Job summary

Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. in Phoenix seeks a SAP Functional Lead to act as the functional SME across SAP-enabled processes. You will translate business needs into SAP requirements, support testing, and ensure alignment with controls and enterprise standards.

You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, guide process improvements, and support audits, data governance, and user adoption across our Liberty-linked operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong SAP/ERP exposure.
• Experience supporting audits, SOX, ITGC, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP functional requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP functional SME for assigned domains.
• Explain SAP capabilities and impact to business stakeholders.
• Support design workshops and solution reviews from a functional view.
• Coordinate UAT and business readiness activities.
