Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. seeks an experienced Manager of SAP Billing Governance to ensure the accuracy and regulatory compliance of billing configurations for gas, water, and electric services in the U.S. and Canada.

This role leads tariff updates, rate-case implementations, and system enhancements with IT, Billing, and Customer Care teams. The position emphasizes strong change control, testing, and documentation to mitigate downstream risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in utility billing, rate implementation, or SAP configuration management.
• Experience in a regulated utility environment (gas, water, or electric) is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing billing configuration or master data governance within SAP or similar enterprise systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SAP billing components are configured and maintained per approved tariffs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee timely updates of billing tables and configurations after rate cases or tariff revisions.
• Partner with leaders to implement billing changes from rate proceedings.
• Verify rate elements are accurately reflected in the billing system.
• Translate tariff updates into billing system logic with precision and control.
