Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP / UI5 / Fiori Full Stack Developer based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end SAP solutions, with hands-on coding, testing, and deployment in line with Dow’s IT strategy.

You will mentor junior developers, work across R2R, O2C, and S2P processes, and utilize RAP, Fiori/UI5, ABAP OO, and AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and solution quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent military experience.
Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Ability to work on multiple assignments and travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions (ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP).
Lead technical design and implementation across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture standards and AI tooling adoption.
