Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP, UI5 and Fiori Full Stack development, based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. This role combines hands-on coding, solution design and end-to-end SAP delivery to meet business needs and support Dow’s digital transformation strategy.

You will work across R2R, O2C, S2P with SAP Fiori/UI5, RAP and ABAP, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and stay current with S/4HANA and integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent military experience.
• 5+ years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong ABAP, UI5/Fiori, RAP development and integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes.
• Guide architecture, development, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in ABAP/SAP UI5/Fiori/RAP.
