Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori) to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes. Based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX, you will engage in solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

You will mentor junior developers, drive modern SAP tech adoption including RAP, and collaborate with functional teams to optimize performance and scalability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ABAP development across SAP modules (R/2/Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Proficient in SAP Fiori/UI5 design and delivery of modern SAP apps.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in ABAP, UI5, and RAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business requirements and design scalable solutions.
