Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack development in Midland, MI and Houston, TX.

The role involves hands-on design, development, testing and support across end-to-end SAP solutions, with emphasis on modern SAP technologies and architectural standards. You will drive technical designs, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while contributing to Dow’s digital transformation strategy and AI-assisted tooling adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank, or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years SAP Full Stack Development experience; 8+ preferred.
• 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions (ABAP, UI5/Fiori, RAP).
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, and deployment across R2R, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay.
• Mentor developers and drive AI-enabled development tool adoption across teams.
• Ensure solutions meet Dow architecture standards and long-term strategic goals.
