Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP / UI5 / Fiori Full Stack Developer based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. This role requires strong hands-on development experience, with the successful candidate actively designing, developing, and supporting end-to-end SAP solutions to meet business needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or equivalent (or military experience at U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) or 8 years experience in lieu.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments and travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on ABAP/SAP Fiori/UI5 development with design and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP functionality across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to map business requirements and validate custom solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical designs ensuring performance and architectural alignment.
• Mentor junior developers and promote modern SAP technologies and AI-assisted development.
