Job summary

Dow is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across R2R, O2C, S2P. You will lead technical design, code, test, deploy, and mentor junior developers while aligning with Dow's strategy and standards.

Based in Midland, MI or Houston, TX, you will work with cross-functional teams, leverage AI tools to boost productivity, and contribute to Dow’s digital transformation and S/4HANA journey.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ABAP OO development, SAP Fiori/UI5 and RAP experience.
• Experience with OData services, IDocs and SAP extensibility frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; multiple full lifecycle SAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams and translate business requirements into technical designs.
