Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/RAP) for full stack development, based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, contribute to architecture, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

Role requires hands-on coding, solution design, and collaboration with business and IT teams to meet Dow's digital transformation goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience equivalent required; U.S. work eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across R2R, O2C, S2P processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and promote SAP UI5/Fiori best practices.
• Stay current with S/4HANA, RAP, and SAP BTP technologies.
