Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP / UI5 / Fiori Full Stack Developer based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will design, develop and support end-to-end SAP solutions to meet business needs and requirements, contributing to Dow’s digital transformation.

The role involves architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will mentor junior developers and stay current with S/4HANA, RAP, and SAP BTP

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent military experience/8 years in lieu.
Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Ability to work across multiple assignments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and support end-to-end SAP solutions.
Lead architecture discussions and translate business needs into technical designs.
Mentor junior developers and promote modern ABAP/UI5/Fiori practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Dow standards.
