Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori full-stack development in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, contributing to Dow’s transformation strategy.

Required are 5+ years as SAP Full Stack Developer, strong ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5, RAP, and S/4HANA experience. You’ll mentor juniors, collaborate across teams, and stay current with SAP technologies and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Full Stack Developer.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP.
• Drive development across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Collaborate with teams; translate requirements into technical designs.
• Provide estimates and contribute to delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
