Job summary
Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer (ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack) to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay processes.
Based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX, you will work hands-on with ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP, driving architecture, performance, and integration while aligning with Dow’s digital transformation agenda. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, mentor developers, and contribute to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum 5 years as SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
- At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
- U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Lead design and coding using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map requirements and ensure scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
- Stay current with S/4HANA, RAP, and SAP BTP technologies.
