Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an SAP Senior Software Engineer to lead ABAP/UI5/Fiori development and support across core SAP processes. The role is based in Midland, MI or Houston, TX, and involves hands-on design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of SAP solutions as part of Dow's digital transformation.

You will mentor teammates, estimate work, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable SAP applications using RAP, OData, and cloud integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support end-to-end SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support SAP developments across core processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map requirements and design solutions.
• Provide development estimates and participate in delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
