Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack development, based in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, influencing architecture and transformation strategies across the SAP landscape.

You will work across core business processes, mentor teams, and contribute to modernization using RAP, BTP, and integration patterns while aligning with Dow’s IT standards and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Object-Oriented ABAP development, SAP Fiori/UI5, and RAP with design, development, and support responsibility.
• Extensive ABAP development tech: OData, Workflow, IDocs, Forms, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements.
• Experience with modern SAP dev: Web Dynpro ABAP, FPM, BO, CDS views, S/4HANA-enabled capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP integration: API Management, SAP Integration Suite, BTP; cloud and on-premise patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs ensuring performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices and AI-enabled development tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams; participate in the full SDLC using Agile/Waterfall.
