Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/Fiori/UI5/RAP to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions in Midland, MI and Houston, TX.

You will drive solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support as part of Dow’s digital transformation. The role requires hands-on coding across SAP technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to Dow’s IT standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, Science, Engineering or related field or military equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core business processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay).
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Involve in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
