Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for an SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP, UI5, and Fiori full-stack development, based in Midland, MI, and Houston, TX. You will actively design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions to meet business needs and drive Dow’s digital transformation.

This role requires hands-on coding, architecture input, performance optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with Dow standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Full Stack Developer; 8+ years preferred.
• Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Lead design, build, test, and deployment across core SAP processes (R2R, OTC, P2P).
• Provide development estimates and contribute to delivery planning using Agile/Waterfall.
• Mentor junior developers and promote modern SAP development practices.
