Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a SAP Senior Software Engineer for ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack development in Midland, MI and Houston, TX. You will actively design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, contributing to Dow’s digital transformation with strong hands-on coding and architecture input.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, high-performance SAP deployments aligned with Dow IT standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Object-Oriented ABAP development and RAP with SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Extensive ABAP developments: OData, Workflows, IDocs, Forms, BADIs, and enhancements.
• Experience with modern SAP technologies like Web Dynpro ABAP, FPM, and CDS views.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation, performance tuning, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Lead technical design and provide coding standards guidance to teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business requirements to SAP solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote AI-enabled development practices.
