Job summary

Dow seeks a SAP Senior Software Engineer for SAP ABAP/UI5/Fiori Full Stack, based in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP solutions, contributing to transformation strategy and ensuring alignment with Dow’s IT standards.

Strong hands-on experience in ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP; lead design, coding, testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with S/4HANA and cloud integration strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Full Stack development experience.
• Experience on at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support end-to-end SAP solutions across core processes.
• Collaborate with functional/technical teams to map requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and drive adoption of modern SAP technologies and AI tools.
