Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager for SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and drive practice development. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop staff, and deliver end-to-end SAP transformations for Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets clients.

The role demands strong leadership, a proven track record in SAP implementations, and the ability to travel 25-30%. A hybrid EY work model and 2–3 days per week in office are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience leading teams through business case development and program stand-up.
• Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
• 5+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong focus on mentoring and coaching staff.
• Prior consulting industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP FS projects.
• Develop staff and stand up delivery capabilities; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with program leads and subject matter advisors to deliver cohesive solutions.

Education

Undergraduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
