Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles in SAP and financial services
• Strong track record in delivering large cross-functional programs
• Experience with sales, bids, and managed revenue
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities
• Experience leading teams through program lifecycles and business case development
• Knowledge of AI delivery capabilities and methodologies
• Minimum 5 years of relevant FS experience, with client-facing focus
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Mentoring and coaching experience
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in CS, engineering, accounting, finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and practice development across SAP FS deployments
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Develop staff and contribute to consulting practice capabilities
• Support client proposals and strategic responses to RFPs
• Mentor teams and ensure high-quality client service
