Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to lead program delivery and practice development. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client engagements and drive revenue growth through strategic proposals and robust delivery.

The role requires strong communication, mentoring, and a deep SAP transformation toolkit. You will travel 25–30%, work 2–3 days per week in EY offices, and contribute to end-to-end change initiatives that modernize clients' SAP platforms and business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
• Experience with business case development and program setup.
• Willingness to work in EY offices 2–3 days per week and travel 25–30%.
• Prior consulting industry experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
