Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in SAP Financial Services to drive program delivery and practice development. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape end-to-end SAP transformations, and guide staff through complex delivery lifecycles.

The role involves travel 25–30% and a hybrid work model with 2–3 days/week in EY offices, offering a comprehensive Total Rewards package and career growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of work experience, incl. 8+ years in SAP implementation and SDLC delivery.
Experience leading cross-functional programs onsite and offshore (10–20 on-site, 30+ offshore).
Proven sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services with RFP responses.
Deep SAP transformation knowledge, core S/4 capabilities, efficiency drivers.
Lead teams through early program phases: business case and setup.
Understanding AI-based delivery capabilities and methodologies.
Minimum 5 years in a financial services company or similar.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
Mentor/coach staff development; leadership mindset.
Undergrad/Grad degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting/Finance or related.
Prior consulting industry experience.
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module.
Willing to travel 25–30% and work 2–3 days/week in EY offices.
