Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice to lead cross-functional programs and drive end-to-end delivery. You will oversee multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to exceed client expectations.

This role requires extensive SAP transformation experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel 25–30% with a hybrid EY office model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of work experience with 8+ years in system implementation and full lifecycle delivery.
• Proven cross-functional program leadership of large teams, onsite and offshore.
• Track record in sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities.
