- Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and S/4 capabilities
- Experience with business case development and program support infrastructure setup
- Willingness to travel 25-30% and work 2-3 days in EY offices
Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery and practice development within EY's SAP FS practice
- Drive program sales and delivery and manage teams across multiple threads
- Develop staff through mentoring and coaching to strengthen client outcomes
