Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for its SAP Financial Services practice, with leadership across program delivery and staff development. You will drive multi-team programs, oversee client engagements, and shape end-to-end SAP transformations for Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets clients.

The role requires a deep SAP / S/4HANA background, 10+ years of experience, and willingness to travel 25-30% while working a hybrid model in EY offices across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience, including 8+ years in system implementation execution and full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with 10-20 onsite resources and 30+ offshore/global delivery.
• Proven track record of sales and delivery of managed revenue in professional services, with RFP responses.
• Deep understanding of SAP-based transformation and efficiency through core S/4 capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across program delivery and practice development within EY's SAP Financial Services practice.
• Drive program sales and delivery while mentoring staff and building delivery capabilities.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and teams to deliver integrated, on-time, on-budget solutions for clients.
