Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead SAP EWM transformation programs within its SAP practice. You will guide senior client stakeholders, shape warehouse strategy, oversee implementation and drive delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will mentor teams, contribute to business development, and maintain a strong focus on risk management and quality assurance while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 9+ years in SAP consulting with delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation.
• Experience leading large SAP programs and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and advise senior stakeholders.
• Define warehouse strategy, architecture, and roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: design, config, integration, testing, deployment.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and quality assurance.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams.
• Support business development with proposals and RFPs.
