EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large SAP EWM transformation programs within the SAP practice. You will define future‑state warehouse strategy, oversee solution design, and manage implementation teams while expanding EY’s services with executive stakeholders.

You will mentor consulting teams, ensure delivery excellence, and contribute to business development across supply chain offerings, traveling up to 80% to client sites and locations

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 9+ years’ SAP consulting/delivery experience.
• At least 5 years hands‑on SAP EWM implementation/transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs/workstreams or multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience guiding cross‑functional project teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong written/verbal communication, presentations, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management, budgets, and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP EWM transformation programs and design/workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
• Guide end‑to‑end implementation activities from design to post‑go‑live.
• Drive business development pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses.
